The International Council for Youth Diplomacy operates through two core organs โ each a full institution with its own wings, leadership, and mission. Together, they are the engine of ICYD.
The ICYD Training & Development Programme is the structured capacity-building arm of ICYD. It designs, organizes, delivers, and grows the training ecosystem that prepares young diplomats and leaders for real-world impact. Four specialized wings handle every stage of the training journey โ from concept to enrollment.
